West Dennis pedestrian struck by an alleged drunk driver

On the evening of Feb. 6, a pedestrian was hit on Stanton Avenue in the city of South Yarmouth. The accident occurred at approximately 7:40 p.m. when an allegedly drunk driver hit the man, causing serious injuries. The driver has recently had charges brought against him for his role in the car accident. The 30-year-old pedestrian was transported to Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Medical condition may have contributed to fatal crash
